The Northlife Series is new. The Artist's eldest daughter and husband are beginning their new life in the FAR NORTH (at least from the Artist's Alabama perspective). Somewhere in the wild, partially uninhabited vastness of Maine they are carving out an Alpaca Farm. The new Gallery is a response to her request that the Artist consider illustrating some of her new (animal) neighbors in the northern wilds. It's the beginning of a series that could continue to grow for many years. As a nod to sentiment and for fun, each illustration includes a heart, hidden in the subject, similar to the Mythical and Biblical Animal Series.
